In summary, Vulcan Guarantees that Silicone and Viton solid core FEP ‘O’ Rings, in all Q Standard cross-sections; 1.78, 1.80, 2.00, 2.40, 2.50, 2.62, 3.00, 3.50, 3.53, 4.00, 5.00, 5.33, 5.70, 6.00, 6.99 and 7.00mm, in every I.D., with size increments of 0.1mm, across an extensive range of I.D. sizes are held ex-stock, and available from our three Global Service Centres, to provide a truly unique Total Service Guarantee.

This total commitment to customer service gives you absolute confidence to respond immediately to your customers’ demands, without the need to check stock availability, saving you and your customer time in resolving urgent requirements.

It also gives you the ability to provide the same Stock Guarantee to your customers, reinforcing that your company is the best solution to their sealing requirements. You will provide surety that product will always be available from stock, whilst allowing you to reduce your inventory and have absolute reliability upon Vulcan.

In the unlikely event that we should ever have zero stock available on a Guaranteed Stock Item, Vulcan will offer a superior alternative product at the same Nett price. Should no superior alternative be available we will apply a 20% reduction on your net quantity break price on the relevant order line, whilst absolutely minimising the supply lead time.
