Vulcan's policy of manufacturing virtually all our components and assembling all products in-house makes us the most vertically integrated of all seals manufacturers. We have an extensive array of CNC machining centres providing speed and cost benefits but more importantly consistency of component and product quality. We employ many levels of inspection including final inspection for finished product with auto electrical inspection centres and all are managed via comprehensive inspection systems and processes.
